Annie’s has no obligations regarding our services. If you choose to engage us for ongoing services, you can pause or cancel your cleaning schedule whenever you like. There are no penalties involved, and we do not require any contracts.
3. I have pets, is that okay?
We absolutely love fur babies! The comfort and safety of your pets is our top priority during our cleaning services. Interestingly, 95% of our clients allow their pets to roam freely while we work. However, some clients prefer to kennel their pets or send them to daycare if there are concerns about their behavior during the cleaning. It’s important to mention that our cleaners are passionate pet lovers—interacting with your furry companions could be the highlight of their day! 4. Do I have to be present during the cleaning?

We do not expect our clients to clean up before our arrival; however, please keep in mind that if our specialist needs to organize the space before starting the cleaning, it will extend the overall time needed.

We come fully equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies, and we make sure to take everything with us when we finish. We take pride in using top-quality products and vacuums available to leave your home immaculate.

10. Can I get a one-time deep clean? And how does recurring services work?
Absolutely! We can provide a one-time deep clean or arrange for recurring services once you fall in love with our initial clean! Our options include weekly, biweekly, every three weeks, monthly, quarterly, holiday cleanings, and even random visits tailored to your preferences. Every clean is treated as a deep clean, and we will thoroughly clean your home from top to bottom during each visit, unless you request otherwise, which we are more than happy to accommodate!
